These Terms of Sale govern every purchase of ChessEndings Pro. They complement the general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By buying Pro you accept them.

Seller

ChessEndings is an online chess endgame training service operated by an independent developer. For any question about an order, or for our full legal and registration details, contact us at hello@chessendings.com.

Products and prices

Pro is a digital subscription unlocking the full curriculum and the advanced features described on the pricing page. It is sold either as an annual subscription or as a one-time lifetime licence. Prices are shown on the pricing and checkout pages in your currency and include any applicable taxes; the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Ordering and payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. ChessEndings never sees or stores your card details. Your order is confirmed once Stripe authorises the payment, and Stripe emails you a receipt. Annual subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel.

Delivery

Pro is a digital service delivered immediately: access is unlocked on your account as soon as payment is confirmed. There is nothing to ship.

Right of withdrawal and refunds

Any purchase can be refunded within 14 days of the transaction, no questions asked — including after you have started using Pro. Reply to your Stripe receipt or email us at hello@chessendings.com. We process the refund to your original payment method, and refunded purchases revoke Pro access.

Cancellation

You can cancel an annual subscription anytime from your dashboard or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. The lifetime licence is a personal, non-transferable licence for as long as the service operates.

Support and liability

We provide the service with reasonable care but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.

Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms of Sale; the version in force is the one published here on the date of your purchase. Any dispute is subject to the applicable consumer-protection law of your place of residence.
